The content Jill covered was practical and relatable as it was based on the teachings of credible sources and more importantly on Jill's own personal experiences as a parent and teacher.
Each session typically had 2 or 3 key take away or summary sentences which I found very helpful in retaining the course content and encouraging future discussions on the topics.
